• THE END

    Hi lovers,

We need to tell you something. Fever Fever is coming to an end. You gotta know when to leave the party and that time is now. We haven’t fallen out, we’re not in dispute with anyone and we’re not miserable in each other’s company. We know and love each other like only three people who are in a band together can.

We so appreciate all the incredible things we’ve been honoured to do. Glastonbury, SXSW, Pohoda and national airplay being highlights.

Sometimes people believe in you because they love what you do, they don’t get much out of it, still they support you, sometimes fool heartedly but always passionately. There are some people we feel like we need to thank dating back from our beginnings to now:

Al Lavelle, Joanna Ashmore, Arthur Tapp, Lucy Brown, Jan Wieners, Claire Southwick, Jo Sinkins, Rob Ellis, Charlotte Hatherley, David Pye, Jen Macro, Charley Fucking Stone, Stuart Hobday, Annie Catwoman, Cherryade Records, Howlback Hum, Chris Meredith, Charley Little, Sarah Hines, Maxie Gedge, Stevie Gedge, Mike Sheils, Sophie Little, Ryan Hillier, Arts Council England, Gary Stanley, Artrocker, BBC Introducing Norfolk, Dan Tombs, William Whittam, John Kennedy, Huw Stephens, Jen Long. Our long-suffering partners, our parents, our friends and fellow bands.

We’re working on new projects and we’ll let you know about them in due course don’t you worry

Most of all though, we want to thank you lot. We’ve always been so in awe of our fans. You are like no other people, you’re not millions in numbers but you’re so passionate and so supportive and so kind and we can only hope to deserve you. Thank-you, thank-you, thank-you. Hopefully we’ll see you in new guises at future shows.

We’ve put our hearts and souls into Fever Fever and hope that that’s always been clear. We haven’t taken this decision lightly.

We have two shows left. Norwich and London. Hope to see you at either.

    We Love You. Always.

Watch out for some EXCELLENT news soon…

    VIDEO

We’re proud to debut our new video for ‘The Chair’. It’s by the incredible artist Dan Tombs.
We thought we’d stick to the analogue nature of this release what with the cassettes and all so Dan made the video using this:

It’s a PXL2000 Pixelvision camera. This was a camera produced by Fisher Price in 1987 and uses a standard audio cassette tape as its recording medium. Perfect.

Look at Dan’s website to check out some of his other projects. He’s also got a solo exhibition coming up from May 11th at Norwich Arts Centre as part of the Norfolk and Norwich Festival this year.
